I, Mary Wanjiru, hereby appoint Ashanti Pension Advisors Ltd as my exclusive pension agent in respect of all advisory and quotation activities relating to my retirement benefits.
This appointment shall remain in force until expressly revoked in writing under the terms of the Retirement Benefits Act (1997).
